i have always wonder why people blog and now here i am starting my own. i guess i question blogging so much because i had no idea myself of what to expect of a blog. but here i am with the first posting.
i am 26 years old. currently i have been trying to develop good and healthy living habits. like for instance, my parents are in their early 50s and they have had already lost their top frontal teeth. when i saw them it gave me a scare because i had saw myself 30 years down the road looking like them. i shook my head and told myself, 'no i am not going to look like that. i need my teeth.' so i began practicing a new oral health routine. brushing twice and after every meal, rinsing the mouth, and lastly, FLOSSING. it sound so easy and so simple to do but when you are busy with your daily routine, finding the extra time to do it can be quite hard.
what else motivated my oral health habit was to get my wisdom teeth remove. yes i said it. i just had them remove two weeks ago and i must say, it was not bad. it never occur to me to have them taken out because they were never a bother to me but i guess they were eventually going to have to come out. now i have two holes in the back of my mouth where i have to constantly spray water to flush out the food. now thats another extra mintue added to my daily oral health routine.
